NCHC does not accept direct referrals.  When there are vacancies, we contact a local short-life housing group or ask Camden Council to nominate suitable people from its housing waiting list.

The council operates a Choice Based Lettings scheme, which allows people applying for a home (including existing tenants who want a transfer) to bid for properties which become available on a points-based system.
