North Camden Housing Co-op does not operate a waiting list. When it has any vacancies in its properties, it asks one of its approved referral agencies or Camden Council to nominate any suitable people to the Co-op from their housing waiting list.

If you currently live in Camden, you should contact your Local Housing Office for advice, or you can ring the Camden Housing Advice team. Camden Council Housing Advice Centres telephone numbers are:

  • Camden Council Housing Dept. 020 7278 4444 – ask for the local re-housing team
  • North Camden :020 7625 0251/2
  • South Camden: 020 7860 5801

Also, try the re-housing website: www.homeconnections.org.uk

The council takes note of people who state on their housing waiting list form that they particularly want to be housed by a co-op, and will nominate those people to housing co-ops in Camden as requested and in order of priority.

If you live outside Camden you should contact your own Local Authority Housing Department for advice.
